Video Services

 

Exterior Drone Video: $250

  • Aerial video shot in 4K resolution showcasing exterior features of a property and surrounding areas.
  • Video will include 5-7 aerial images.
  • Video length is approximately 2 minutes for standard residential real estate.
  • Prices and video length may vary for commercial property and large homes.
  • Video will be professionally edited, and include custom music, transitions, titles, and branding.
  • On site shooting will typically take around 1.5 hours.
  • Realtor clients will receive both a branded and unbranded version of the video for MLS compatibility.
  • Video will be uploaded to Front Door Media Youtube channel, and link will be given to client for sharing on various online platforms

 

Cinematic Property Video: Starting at $450

  • Video will include both interior, exterior, and aerial video footage shot in 4K resolution showcasing every aspect of a property and its surroundings.
  • On site shooting will typically take 2-4 hours.
  • Footage will have a cinematic feel, giving viewers a tour of the subject property.
  • Video length will typically vary from 3-5 minutes depending on the size and scope of the project.
  • All footage will be professionally edited, including custom music, transitions, titles and branding.
  • Realtor clients will receive both a branded and unbranded version of the video for MLS compatibility.
  • Video will be uploaded to Front Door Media Youtube channel, and link will be given to client for sharing on various online platforms.

Our single property websites combine 3D Tours, photos, videos, floor plans, agent information, property information and more into one place so you have a platform for sharing your property. A unique domain ( i.e. 123MainStreet.com) can be purchased for an additional $20.
